Asperger’s & Bullying – Enlist the Power of Siblings

In my new book Aspergers, Bullying and School, How to make your ASD Child Bully-Resilient for School and for Life, which was just released, I share with you my top strategies for helping your AS child develop bully resilient strategies, that will help them not only at school, but also for life.

In this video, I share with you a sneak peak –  how to enlist the power of siblings –  help your child on the Autism Spectrum develop a sense of humour, and to help them learn not to take life all too seriously.  Sometimes with bullying, if children can learn to laugh at themselves, or have some quick ‘one-liners’ to create bully come backs, they can diffuse situations before they get out of hand. Make sure you bookmark this page, and if you have not done so already, sign up for the Free School Report, so we can add you to the mailing list and let you know when the book will be available.

Also below is the link to the current survey’s being undertaken by The Centre for Autism Studies at Bond University.  Please help Professor Vicki Bitsika and the Centre by filling out this survey, so that we can truly begin to make some impact in fighting bullying in schools for our children on the Autism Spectrum.

Don’t forget to leave a comment and let me know what is your favorite, bully resilient strategy!
