Christmas Stress? A Little Strategy to help

Well here we

It’s that time of the year again… with so much expectation on joy, peace and love.  And yet for many families, especially those living with autism or aspergers – often those ‘family’ days are filled with dread.

The heightened expectations of what ‘family’ should be. Everybody participating around the dinner table, take part in conversations, singing carols, be polite, mind your manners and generally be joyful and grateful.

For any of us, raising children living with aspergers, the thought of spending the holiday season with family members who just don’t understand. it is enough to send our stress levels into the twilight zone!

In this video this week, I share a simple Tapping sequence that can help you lower your stress levels and deal a little more powerfully and calmly with any stressful or judgemental family members.  Even if it is not particularly about your child on the spectrum… it may help!

I also wanted to let you know that we are planning a very special FREE WEBINAR on Wednesday 15 January to help you make the most of the FREE SCHOOL REPORT  – just in time for the new school year.  More detals next week, but in the meantime make sure you pop it into your diary as a reminder.  I would take the opportunity to wish you and your family a wonderful ‘peaceful’ Christmas and a joyful and happy startto 2014.

With kind regards

Me for Christmas
